We hope you’ll love every product you order from us. But if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and refunds in accordance with the terms below.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 3 months (90 days) from the purchase date.
  • To be eligible, items should be returned in the condition you received them — including original packaging when possible.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Support: Email our Customer Service team at info@humuson.us with your Order Number and reason for your return/exchange.
  2. Return Authorization: You must receive a Return Authorization from us before sending anything back.
  3. Follow Instructions: Once approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions and return shipping information.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or eligible for a refund.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • We will notify you whether your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
  • Typical processing time for approved refunds is 5–15 business days after receipt.

Shipping Costs

  • Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective product or incorrect item shipped), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct item exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.


Non-Returnable Items

For quality and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that are:

  • Used extensively, visibly altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Returned after 90 days from the purchase date

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before they ship for a full refund.
  • If cancellation is requested after shipping, you must initiate a return once the product arrives.
