Humuson 400 concentrated liquid fertilizer needs to be diluted at a ratio of 1:400. This means that from 1 quart a farmer can get 400 quarts of ready mix, which will cover approximately 1 acre per application (it can be diluted at a 1:200 ratio if needed).
It can be applied via drip, flood irrigation, pivot and other systems. Solid particle size is 300 nm (98% accuracy).
For most crops recommended minimum 4 applications; max application rate is 8 times.

Yes. The dilution rate is the same for any application. Please be aware that leaf burn can occur when foliar treatments are applied incorrectly, such as during the day. The best time for foliar application is at night, late evening (after 8pm), or early morning (until 6 am) because that’s when leaf stomata are open, allowing for an effective nutrient uptake. Proper foliar application should result in no leaf burns.

Humuson is made from raw material, sapropel, which is a freshwater lake sediment that has decomposed naturally in non-aerobic conditions for more than 10,000 years. Sapropel naturally contains more than 40 different nutritional elements. The process of extracting Sapropel not only helps create our unique products but restores the biotop of the freshwater lakes from which it’s extracted, preventing them from drying out.This leads to the restoration of fish populations, beetle colonies and other important participants in the lake’s ecosystem. Moreover, the restoration of the lake’s ecosystem leads to the increase of carbon dioxide uptake from the environment.
No. It was experimentally established that the sapropel of the source lake does not have a harmful or toxic effect on the CNSs functional state and the liver, kidneys, heart, and stomach of rats. Sapropel does not exhibit sensitizing and locally irritating properties and belongs to the class of practically non-toxic substances (toxicity Class V). Here is a link to the full toxicology report.
No, our products do not contain any biosolids. In addition, Humuson is completely manure free.
No, but our products are certified by Ecocert, which does not allow GMOs in their certified products.
Humuson products’ shelf life is 2 years. If sediment occurs, it can be easily resuspended by shaking before use.
Yes, our products will work on everything that grows. Recommended minimum is 5 applications. Max application rate is 8 times.

Yes, our products will work on anything that grows, including grass. Fertilize your lawn in the evening or early morning hours. Humuson products are safe for children and pets playing on grass.
